Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition to support staffing across our network of schools and Home Office teams. You will use Workday to post jobs, track candidates, and coordinate with school leaders on hiring needs.

The role emphasizes equity, inclusion, and data-informed recruitment strategies, with a hybrid work arrangement, relocation support, and professional development opportunities. Experience in urban K-12 settings is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in HR/Talent in a K-12 urban setting.
• Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding with data-driven staffing.

Responsabilités

• Staff for a portfolio of schools and Home Office teams, advising on staffing best practices.
• Lead recruitment activities and coordinate with school leaders and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and new hire processing, from offer to start date, ensuring compliance.
