UWorld, LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our Nursing Education division. You will be a motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for education and student success.

You will lead generation, qualify leads, and manage CRM activities in Salesforce, collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives to turn interest into measurable opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Sales Development or outbound B2B SaaS/EdTech.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to articulate complex solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential campuses and conduct targeted outbound prospecting.
• Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to schedule meetings.
• Qualify leads using BANT and nurture them with case studies and webinars.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and track pipeline metrics.
