Qualifikationen

• Empathy-driven conversations with interested parties to understand life situations
• Experience in digital sales, preferably in B2C or education
• Ability to handle many contacts simultaneously with high velocity
• Strong organization, goal orientation and fast-paced work style
• Comfort using HubSpot for deals, automations and forecasts

• Consulting & Relationship Building: conduct empathetic initial conversations and advise on education offerings
• Lead Qualification: identify who is eligible for funding and prioritize leads
• Deal Closer with Heart: motivate and guide applicants to register
• Interface with Job Centers & Agencies: support education voucher applications and maintain contact with employment advisors
• Process Optimization in the Funnel: shape outcomes and improve the sales funnel
