Job summary

Central Health seeks an Education & Research Coordinator to support workforce development, educational programs, research activities, and community engagement across Central Texas.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate CTHA, manage onboarding and scheduling, track data, prepare reports, and collaborate with schools, healthcare partners, and academic institutions to advance education pathways and learner opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, education or academic setting preferred.
• Hybrid role requiring coordination and program support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support CTLA/CTHA in collaboration with schools and healthcare partners.
• Serve as liaison between Central Health, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Coordinate observational and experiential learning opportunities aligned with curriculum and career pathways.
• Manage student experiences, including shadowing, tours, and workforce development events.
• Develop and maintain a network of healthcare professionals for classroom presentations and mentorship.
• Support recruitment, engagement, and retention for education and workforce programs.
• Provide admin and operational support for CHW and MA apprenticeship programs including scheduling and reporting.
• Monitor labor market trends to inform programming and workforce strategies.
• Collect and report program data, outcomes, and performance metrics for grants and stakeholders.
