Qualifications

• RN licensure required, state or compact.
• 1–3 years as a preceptor or clinical educator in nursing/allied health.
• Experience coordinating education programs and clinical rotations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates clinical training experiences for nursing and allied health students.
• Serves as liaison between academic institutions and the healthcare facility.
• Manages student and preceptor assignments in alignment with academic and organizational goals.
• Maintains training records to meet regulatory standards for rotations.
• Participates in clinical affiliation agreement processes and ensures they are up-to-date.
