Job summary

Central Health seeks an Education & Research Coordinator to coordinate the Central Texas Healthcare Academy (CTHA) and other education programs. You will provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support for CHW and MA apprenticeship programs, student engagement, and stakeholder communications.

You will collaborate with school districts, healthcare partners, and researchers to track outcomes, manage data, and assist with events and newsletters.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (or higher) required.
• 3 years of Customer Service experience required.
• 2 years in healthcare, non-profit, education or academic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support CTHA and education/workforce programs.
• Maintain partnerships with schools, healthcare partners and community orgs.
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, communications, and reporting.
• Track program data and assist with grants and stakeholder updates.
• Support events, newsletters, and departmental communications.
