Job summary

Wilson Language Training is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses for RFPs, state adoptions, and related initiatives. The role requires collaboration across teams, attention to detail, and robust submission processes.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of government RFP experience (K-12 preferred), strong writing/editing skills, and mastery of MS Office, SharePoint, and proposal tools such as Loopio or Qvidian.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of government RFP/proposal experience.
• K-12 education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office and SharePoint proficiency.
• Experience with proposal management tools (Loopio, Qvidian).

Responsibilities

• Identify, track and prioritize submission opportunities.
• Support Content Library management and develop proposal content with SMEs.
• Provide proposal drafting, editing, formatting, and submission support.
• Maintain databases of past submissions and reference materials.
• Assist alignment matrices mapping curricula to standards.
• Track outcomes and contribute to debriefs for future submissions.
