University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Master of Science in Anesthesiology Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of the program on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO. The role supports faculty, students, and leadership, ensuring smooth onboarding for rotations and robust data management.

Responsibilities include recruitment assistance, program data upkeep, and budget oversight. After an initial onsite period, a hybrid schedule may be possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of the Program.
• Works closely with Program students and visiting students to complete clinical onboarding for rotations.
• Provides support to Program Leadership as well as didactic and clinical faculty involved in the Program.
• Synthesizes information regarding current state of program to make informed decisions.
