Qualifications

• Knowledge of or ability to become fully competent in computer programs essential to the Program including Microsoft Suite and COREELMS, Examsoft, CU Marketplace, Concur Travel & Expense, and CU-SIS.
• Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements at the program level.
• Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Program Administration: Coordinates all aspects of the Program and supports leadership and faculty.
• Program Data and Recordkeeping: Creates and maintains educational database files using technology platforms.
• Program Recruitment: Assists in admissions and recruitment, leads information sessions and coordinates interview day needs.
• Purchasing & Budget Oversight: Assists with purchasing activities and follows institutional purchasing parameters.
