Job summary

EDI, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Education Program Manager to partner with spine-surgeon leaders to shape curricula for conferences, webinars, and digital content.

You’ll translate physician priorities into world-class programming while supporting multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, volunteer-driven environment. The role requires a high level of responsibility, travel for annual meetings, and a two-day onsite presence in our downtown Milwaukee office.

Qualifications

• Experience turning ideas into programs with deadlines and details.
• Comfort working with physician volunteers and leading meetings.
• Assoc/ nonprofit leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSRS Education Committee activities, schedule calls, write minutes, and prepare reports.
• Design and deliver educational programming at society meetings, recruit speakers.
• Launch educational webinars and curate content from top research centers.
• Collaborate with CME and Awards committees on educational initiatives.
• Manage staff liaison duties and support governance processes.
