Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Sr. Professional Education Manager to plan and execute national and regional educational and surgical skills programs for US and CALA healthcare customers.

You will coordinate cadaver labs, visiting surgeon programs, and symposia with budget responsibility under the Director of Professional Education. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in medical education/marketing leading a team or projects.
• Well versed in KOL relationship management.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and project management skills.
• Ability to interface with senior level colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person and virtual educational and surgical skills training programs for US and CALA healthcare customers.
• Manage national cadaver labs, visiting surgeon programs (VSPs) and symposia at national conferences with budget responsibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Field Sales Leadership, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs, and HCP Faculty.
• Develop agenda and educational content for symposia; route content through Legal and Compliance.
• Maintain national program budget and assist with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including opex, capex, license fees, and T&E.
• Identify, engage, and coordinate HCP Faculty for local, regional, and national programs; monitor speaker bench and cross-functional use.
