Qualifications

• College degree required and 5–7 years in association education or healthcare education.
• Proven success leading educational strategy and staff management.
• Strong project management with ability to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Travel required to meetings and live courses several times a year.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the association's education strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Direct planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of live, virtual, hybrid, and enduring educational programs.
• Develop new educational products, certificates, workshops, webinars, and leadership programs.
• Oversee staff supervision, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure content aligns with accreditation standards and learner outcomes.
