Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Manager for Professional Education Programs– Surgical Medical Affairs to lead the design and execution of education programs for health care providers and internal teams. You will partner across functions to develop slide decks, trainings and collateral that meet regulatory standards and align with product messaging.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in sales, marketing, or healthcare, with strong communication, project management and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in relevant field, 8 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
• Experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and medical education programs preferred
• Legal, regulatory and medical review processes experience preferred
• Proven ability to create and deliver high quality educational content and trainings
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and complex projects

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality educational slide decks for HCP-facing programs, internal trainings, symposia and speaker-led sessions.
• Coordinate literature searches, image sourcing and citation management to support content accuracy.
• Prepare content for regulatory review and ensure proper documentation in Vault PromoMats system.
• Collaborate with field teams, marketing, and education teams to translate inputs into polished deliverables.
• Create program collateral, agendas, emails and event content; support metrics reporting and content tagging in systems.
