This role involves extensive collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure impactful program delivery.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in medical education, excellent leadership and project management skills, and will be responsible for budget management and program execution. A competitive salary range of $109,000.00 to $150,000.00 plus bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in medical education or marketing.
• Ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute educational and surgical skills training programs.
• Manage national cadaver labs, visiting surgeon programs, and symposia.
• Engage with HCP Faculty and develop educational content.
