Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Operations, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, training administration, education operations, event coordination.
• Experience with customer registration, travel coordination, financial processing, expense management, or vendor management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LMS registrations and enrollment for instructor-led and virtual training, symposiums, fellowships, and other offerings.
• Manage educational funding processes: verify funds, allocate appropriately, and maintain financial documentation.
• Coordinate customer travel arrangements for approved programs and manage related expenses.
• Liaise with external vendors: registration, invoicing, payments, and documentation.
• Serve as operational point of contact for customers, education teams, instructors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, maintain documentation for audits, and support reporting and data validation.
