Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring an Education Operations & Training Coordinator (Finance) to coordinate customer education programs across multiple LMS platforms and related services. The role supports classroom training, virtual education, symposiums, fellowships, and other programs from registration through completion.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and training administration.
• Experience with registration, travel coordination, financial processing, expenses, or vendor management.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Customer focus and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage registrations and enrollments across LMS platforms for classroom and virtual education, symposia, and fellowships.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and validate funding for approved programs.
• Serve as operational contact for customers, education teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and proper documentation of transactions and funding.
• Identify process improvements in registrations, travel, financials, vendors, and LMS.
