Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead and coach high-performing Guides, driving excellence across multiple campuses. You will oversee life skills experiences, student outcomes, and data-driven performance improvements while building leadership capacity and guiding teams through expansion initiatives.

Your work will require on-site presence at Alpha campuses, strong collaboration with campus leaders, and a focus on maintaining uncompromising standards to deliver top-tier student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and maintain high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Support launch of new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
