  • Schedule and operate complex conferences, seminars, and events with vendors and budgets.
  • Draft documents and correspondence for presentations, course handouts, grants, and reports; edit and fact-check.
  • Plan calendars, resolve conflicts, and arrange travel per policies.
  • Create complex reports and spreadsheets using appropriate software.
  • Oversee financial transactions, budget statements, and vendor selection.
  • Coordinate office moves or minor renovations and supervise staff or students as needed.
