Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Clinical Operations Assistant in Ophthalmology to support the Clinical Operations Manager with daily office tasks and department operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification with 2 years of college or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees duties and personnel related to mail delivery and pick-up for the department.
• Manages pager allocation and billing; maintains lists for pager numbers and monthly billing updates.
• Acts as Medical Student Coordinator for program rotations; prepares correspondence, materials for meetings and evaluations.
• Schedules and maintains appointment, lecture and meeting schedules for Pod 3 providers; supports lectures/meetings.
• Manages printing of medical records and tracking appointments for each visit.
• Handles ordering and delivery of supplies and lab coats; maintains coffee machines and office equipment.
