Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, youth development, operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in program coordination, school partnerships, or operations management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to travel regularly to partner sites across the Pittsburgh region.

Responsibilities

• Partner & School Communications: primary contact for partnering schools and community site partners; manage day-to-day communications and program logistics; conduct ongoing check-ins for satisfaction.
• Surveys, Results & Reporting: administer pre/post surveys and program assessments; compile, analyze, and report results to leadership and partner sites; maintain program reporting across accounts.
• Supplies & Logistics: track, order, and distribute program supplies; ensure sites and coaches have what they need; coordinate coach training and certifications; manage background clearances.
• Invoicing & Onboarding: process and track invoicing for partner sites and coaches; manage onboarding for new coaches and partner sites.
• Troubleshooting: respond to scheduling conflicts, coach coverage gaps, and partner/coach concerns; escalate when needed.
• Organization & Travel: partner sites require regular travel across the Pittsburgh region to sites and centers.
