Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in community partnerships, sponsorship, account management, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects and partners simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience coordinating community-facing events and initiatives with external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Partnerships in managing day-to-day relationships with corporate partners and donors.
• Serve as a primary contact for partners on logistics and administrative needs with timely, professional communication.
• Coordinate partner deliverables to align with Soccer Forward's goals and timelines.
• Assist in managing multiple partner relationships and projects, keeping priorities organized.
• Attend meetings to take notes, draft follow-up emails with clear action items, owners and deadlines.
