Job summary

Doist, via GalileoX Partnerships, seeks an Account Executive to drive high-velocity partnerships with CBOs, charter networks, and school districts, typically in the $25K–$75K range. You will lead consultative discovery, diagnose staff capacity and curriculum gaps, and craft compelling, tailored solutions that fit into public funding cycles.

You will build self-sourced pipelines, navigate multiple stakeholders, and align proposals with funding windows while contributing to a repeatable sales

Responsibilities

• Drive new partnerships with community-based organizations (CBOs), charter networks, and school districts
• Lead consultative discovery to diagnose staff capacity and curriculum gaps and tailor enrichment solutions
• Manage multi-stakeholder deals with program directors, district leaders, and finance heads and align proposals to public education funding cycles
• Source pipeline through outbound prospecting while qualifying inbound leads and SDR referrals
• Represent GalileoX at education conferences and expand market presence across CA and expansion territories
• Complete onboarding and own end-to-end sales conversations within the first month
• Capture objections, refine messaging, and contribute to codifying GalileoX sales playbook
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast pipeline, and communicate risks early
• Adapt approach to diverse educational stakeholders and regional markets
