Job summary

The Dallas Children's Advocacy Center in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Training and Community Outreach Specialist for the Education Department to deliver adult-, teen-, and child-education programs and help manage the learning management system and in-house training events.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, LMS proficiency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, with opportunities to develop curricula, foster partnerships with child-serving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work from an accredited university.
• 3–4 years in the child abuse and neglect field with 1–2 years presenting to the public.
• Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Public speaking outreach and relationship-building with child-serving organizations.
• Develop and present curricula; manage LMS accounts and generate reports.
• Coordinate lecture series, events, and training activities; monitor materials inventory.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with partners to advance DCAC education offerings.
