Job summary

The Dallas Children's Advocacy Center seeks an education and outreach professional to deliver programs for adults, teens and children, support the learning management system, and coordinate in-house trainings. You will engage with schools, agencies, and partners, presenting DCAC curricula and promoting events while maintaining materials and calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work or related field; 3–4 years in child abuse/neglect field.
• 1–2 years presenting to the public.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain Child Safety Matters Facilitator Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face education programs and manage LMS accounts.
• Present to public groups and partner agencies; build relationships with community organizations.
• Coordinate and staff DCAC education events; maintain calendars and materials.
