Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery efforts to understand business problems and opportunities.
• Document current and future state processes using structured analysis techniques.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into actionable documentation for product and engineering teams.
• Support governance reviews and track decisions, risks, and actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of solutions.
