Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an Education Migration Consultant to guide education customers through cloud migration, ensuring data accuracy, payroll integrity and a positive experience from start to finish.

You'll collaborate with payroll, HR, support and managed services, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey and delivering training to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Education Payroll and HR data handling is required.
• Strong payroll knowledge and ability to guide customers through complex migrations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide education customers through migration to cloud-based solutions.
• Prepare and validate payroll and HR data for migration.
• Conduct payroll parallel runs, reconciliations and validation activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful migration outcomes.
• Deliver training and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
