Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Client Payroll Executive to manage a portfolio of payroll clients, handling the payroll process from start to finish and delivering accurate, timely pay runs.

You will collect payroll information, process payrolls, produce reports and ensure compliant submissions, while building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience processing payrolls.
• Payroll software experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Payroll qualifications such as CIPP are desirable but not essential.

• Create BACS files and RTI submissions.
• Check payroll calculations and ensure accuracy.
• Produce payroll reports, payslips, P45s and pension outputs.
• Respond to client and third-party queries.
• Complete reconciliations and year-end activities.
• Support compliance with current HMRC legislation.
• Work to agreed service levels and deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Payroll, Product and Support teams.

We're now looking for a talented Client Payroll Executive to join our Payroll Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional payroll support to our customers.

THE ROLE

As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll manage your own portfolio of payroll clients, taking responsibility for the payroll process from start to finish. You'll work directly with customers to collect payroll information, process payrolls, produce reports, arrange payments and ensure every pay run is completed accurately and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems and delivering outstanding service.
