Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the United States is seeking an Implementation Consultant with hands-on payroll experience to help customers implement our SaaS payroll solutions. You will work directly with clients from requirements through configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live.

This hands-on, customer-facing role requires strong payroll knowledge and the ability to translate business needs into system setups.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience and knowledge of payroll processes.
• Experience with SaaS software implementations and client onboarding.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into software configuration.
• Experience with payroll software/systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, ETL, data migration or transformation.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers.
• Configure SaaS products and customer-specific workflows.
• Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing.
• Guide customers through UAT and go-live readiness.
• Deliver training and explain software clearly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues.
