Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead successful software implementations for customers across multiple products and workstreams.

You will own projects from planning through delivery, manage risks, coordinate internal teams, and ensure value delivery. Strong stakeholder management and payroll/HR software delivery experience are highly desirable, as is PRINCE2 or PMP certification.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project management experience in software or complex delivery environments.
• Experience delivering Payroll or HR software implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication with senior customers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects.
• Work closely with customers to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and act as trusted partner.
• Create and manage plans, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure appropriate resourcing and delivery.
• Manage customer expectations with clear, timely communication.
• Identify challenges early and keep delivery on track.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies are followed.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and CRM records.
• Provide visibility of progress, risks and delivery health.
• Support smooth project transitions and customer handovers.
