Job summary

IRIS Software Group is looking for an Implementation Consultant with hands-on payroll experience to guide customers through payroll software implementations. You will understand requirements, configure SaaS setups, and manage data migrations and testing.

You’ll work directly with customers, provide training, and support go-live. This hands-on, client-facing role requires strong communication and the ability to juggle multiple projects while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience and understanding of payroll processes.
• Experience in SaaS/software implementations.
• Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements.
• Experience with payroll software or systems.
• Understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration or transformation.
• Ability to manage several customer projects.
• Ability to explain software and technical information clearly.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers.
• Understand customers’ payroll processes and requirements and translate these into the right software setup.
• Configure SaaS products, workflows and customer-specific requirements.
• Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing.
• Work with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation where required.
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-live.
• Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers.
• Support customers during go-live and their transition into ongoing support.
• Manage multiple customer projects and priorities at the same time.
• Work with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes.
• Keep customers informed about progress, timelines, risks and issues.
• Travel to customer sites when required.
