Job summary

IRIS Software Group is a leading UK software provider helping education customers move to cloud-based platforms for payroll and HR. We are seeking an Education Migration Consultant to guide customers through migration, ensure data accuracy, payroll integrity, and deliver excellent service.

You will collaborate with payroll, HR, support, and managed services teams while acting as a trusted adviser throughout implementation journeys, with a focus on successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience within Education Payroll.
• Knowledge of pensions, HR legislation, and Auto Enrolment.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive and organised approach to managing customer projects.
• Experience working in a customer-focused or consultancy environment.
• Exposure to IRIS Payroll software would be advantageous.
• A CIPP qualification or equivalent would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support education customers moving from desktop software to cloud-based solutions.
• Prepare and validate customer payroll and HR data for migration.
• Carry out payroll parallel runs, reconciliations, and validation activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful migration outcomes.
• Deliver training and support to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with payroll, HR, support, and project teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.
