Job summary

Tracey A. Benson Consulting in the United States is seeking a Lead Facilitator to drive transformative professional learning for education professionals.

The role starts as a 1099 contractor with training and evaluative work (about 5-10 hours weekly) with a full-time exempt offer expected in Q3 2024, reporting to the CEO. You will lead in-person and virtual workshops, coach clients, manage accounts, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership; travel domestically and internationally is

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an assistant principal, principal, or superintendent.
• Experience facilitating workshop or professional development/learning sessions.
• Engaging public speaker.
• Able to receive frequent, critical feedback with grace and gratitude.
• Ability to implement suggested improvements immediately.
• Demonstrated project management skill set.
• Comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the curriculum of the Anti-Racism Leadership Institute through in-person and virtual workshops.
• Executes administrative tasks for each workshop (dates, materials, make-up sessions).
• Coordinates scheduling with team to ensure timely, high-quality engagements.
• Serves as 1:1 leadership coach for multiple clients after workshops, up to 100 hours.
• Maintains a portfolio of accounts and serves as primary client contact.
• Provides strategic guidance to senior leadership on coaching efficacy.
