Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Design Manager to own how learning products come to life through facilitation. This client-facing role may be 100% remote with up to 40% travel on-site to international clients or other locations for business needs.

You will define facilitation methodology, build enablement and certification systems, and ensure delivery quality. Reporting to the Director of Learning Design and Development, you will partner with clients and internal teams to translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, facilitator enablement, or related field.
• 3+ years delivering live, interactive learning across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Experience building facilitator onboarding, enablement, certification, or train-the-trainer programs.
• Experience evaluating facilitation performance with coaching rubrics and feedback loops.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and translating design into live facilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPTD or equivalent certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define facilitation methodology and standards across programs.
• Develop facilitator guides, run-of-show materials, and resources.
• Establish documentation standards for facilitator assets.
• Design onboarding and enablement pathways for facilitators.
• Ensure readiness and certification before independent delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet delivery needs.
• Monitor quality, coaching, and continuous improvement.
