Job summary

Transfr is seeking Professional Learning Facilitators to deliver high-impact, in-person professional learning experiences that build educator capacity and maximize our solutions. You will tailor training to K-12, higher education, and workforce contexts, travel broadly to customer sites, and collaborate with Programs and Professional Services teams to ensure quality sessions.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor with earnings varying by effort and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience delivering professional learning or training for educators.
• 2+ years of experience with instructional technology, edtech tools, or digital learning platforms.
• Demonstrated success facilitating in-person professional learning workshops, coaching, or training sessions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in professional development.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with proven success delivering customer-facing presentations and training sessions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (all work will be in the field).
• Must be based in Michigan with regional travel and sessions delivered onsite at customer locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person professional learning sessions to customers as designed by the Programs Team.
• Tailor and adapt training content to address specific customer contexts, particularly within CTE and workforce development.
• Guide educators and administrators to fully understand the scope and functionality of Transfr’s solutions.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Serve as a communication bridge between customer needs and the Programs Team and Professional Services team, contributing to future resource and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity throughout the customer journey.
