Job summary

Transfr is seeking Professional Learning Facilitators to deliver high-impact, in-person training across the U.S. You will tailor sessions for educators within CTE and workforce development, guiding stakeholders to maximize Transfr’s immersive solutions.

The role is a field-based contract (1099) with travel across customer sites. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of educator training experience are required; travel is extensive, and the daily rate starts at $800 with a training rate of $400.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering professional learning or training for educators.
• 2+ years of experience with instructional technology or digital learning platforms.
• Experience facilitating in-person professional learning workshops.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (all work will be in the field).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person professional learning sessions to customers as designed by the Programs Team.
• Tailor and adapt training content to address customer contexts (CTE and workforce development).
• Guide educators and administrators to understand the scope and functionality of Transfr’s solutions.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and performance metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Serve as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams for resource and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure continuity in the customer journey.
