Dynamic Campus, Inc. partners with University of Pikeville to provide a Technical Support Specialist at University of Pikeville in Pikeville, KY. The role handles student, faculty, staff, and administration queries, guiding them through software, hardware, and AV support.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential variations. The specialist will install software, maintain inventories, troubleshoot across platforms, and manage help desk tickets, contributing to day-to-day IT operations

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies or related field
• Prior experience in customer support services role
• Strong end user orientation and customer support service skills
• Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting methodology
• Demonstrated experience working with a team to achieve goals
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting MAC devices and Windows PCs

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming queries from students, faculty, staff and administration.
• Software installation, upgrades, image deployment, and patch maintenance.
• Maintain and develop documentation relative to hardware and software inventory.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software with users.
• Assist users with supported hardware, software, peripherals, and AV equipment.
• Assist with projects and maintenance.
• Update service tickets in the centralized ticketing system.
• Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
