Job summary

The University of Pikeville is seeking two KYCO Classroom IT/AV Liaisons to support faculty with educational technology in classroom sessions. You will assist with lecture capture, projectors, smart boards, VR systems, and related equipment, ensuring smooth operation and quick troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates are current KYCO students (class of 2024 or 2026) with an interest in technology, strong problem-solving, and professional communication. Flexible schedule aligned with class sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be a current KYCO student in good standing (class of 2024 or 2026).
• Interest in technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty with effective use of educational technology during class sessions.
• Troubleshoot classroom technology issues as needed.
• Participate in training on classroom and methods technology for the KYCO curriculum.
• Serve as liaison between KYCOM faculty and the IT department for technology-related needs.
