Job summary

Ionia County Intermediate School District is seeking a Technology Coordinator to lead daily technology operations and supervise the tech staff within the LEA. You will oversee hardware, software, servers, and network systems, and support the SIS while guiding IT projects in a school district setting.

The role reports to the Director of Technology, with a focus on reliable services for staff and students. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 5+ years of leadership experience considered in lieu

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five+ years experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in leadership, supervision or management roles in a technology environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with staff, ISD, districts and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily technology operations and supervision of technology systems and staff.
• Oversee purchasing, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and network systems.
• Support the Student Information System (SIS) and manage IT projects in a school district setting.
• Resolve technology issues and collaborate with staff and students to ensure reliable services.
