Ionia County Intermediate School District is seeking a Technology Coordinator to lead daily technology operations and supervise the tech staff within the LEA. You will oversee hardware, software, servers, and network systems, and support the SIS while guiding IT projects in a school district setting.

The role reports to the Director of Technology, with a focus on reliable services for staff and students. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 5+ years of leadership experience considered in lieu

Salary Range: $68,153 - $88,912; salary will be prorated for days not worked since July 1, 2026

About The Role

This position leads the daily technology operations and supervision of technology systems, services and technology staff within the local education agency (LEA). The Technology Coordinator is responsible for purchasing, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, network systems as well as support of the Student Information System (SIS). This role will oversee all aspects of managing IT projects and resolving technology issues working in a school district setting with staff and students.

Qualifications Desired

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field preferred. Five or more years experience in industry may be considered in lieu of degree
• Current experience in leadership, supervision or management role, ideally in a technology environment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills which promote positive partnerships with staff, the ISD, constituent districts and partner organizations
