Questeq, an IT solutions partner for schools, is seeking an Entry Level Information Technology Specialist (On-Site) for Peters Township School District in McMurray, PA. You will support desktop and mobile devices, imaging, software installs, and printers across the district.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year degree and proven troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment. The role is full-time with day shifts and on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technically related field is preferred.
• Experience providing computer and network support.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Extensive troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up new computers including imaging, software installation, hardware upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Provide help desk support and resolve tickets promptly.
• Develop desktop strategies and create standard workstation images.
• Maintain security updates, BIOS & driver maintenance.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone.
