Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking an Account Executive to oversee the Prescott, AZ territory and drive partnerships to recruit students into Grand Canyon University programs. The role is remote with in-person training in Phoenix, AZ and requires travel within the territory.

You will identify and develop opportunities, craft events and informational sessions, and guide prospective students and families from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside business development, consultative sales or account management.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to help non-traditional Grand Canyon University students.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to manage time and priorities while traveling.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy to coach diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: plan territory events, build awareness of online programs, and drive inquiry generation.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students, families, and partners to promote university programs.
• Work-from-home role with ambitious targets, travel within territory, and use data to maximize value.
• Collaborate across teams to support students from application through early coursework.
