Job summary

Fresh Start Women's Foundation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Education Recruiter/Advisor to identify and recruit qualified candidates for our academic programs while delivering exceptional customer service to guide women through enrollment.

The role requires proactive, flexible, and creative outreach via phone, email, and Zoom; you will set enrollment targets and work with the Education Team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to program start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a phone-heavy customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with higher education enrollment processes is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping students.
• Ability to set and pursue enrollment targets; results-driven.
• Adaptable and creative; able to think outside the box to attract diverse candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential students through multiple recruitment channels.
• Engage via phone, email, Zoom and other platforms to attract qualified individuals.
• Provide comprehensive information about academic programs and Fresh Start.
• Act as the primary contact for prospective students with personalized guidance through enrollment.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and challenges promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Education Team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to program start.
• Support student enrollment and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
