Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking an Education Director to lead and improve its education department, ensuring high-quality programs for members and staff. You will collaborate with the Program Director to meet programming goals and oversee staff, volunteers, and budgetary responsibilities.

Responsibilities include managing the Learning Center, coordinating national and local educational programs, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leadership experience.
• Washington Administrative Code WAC 110-301-0100 requirements for Assistant Director (for licensed sites).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assure an Outcome-Driven Club Experience for youth and families.
• Coordinate educational programs with BGCA and local partners.
• Hire, train, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Oversee Learning Center and Computer lab operations and maintenance.
• Monitor education budget and scholarship distribution.
• Maintain relationships with schools and parents.
