The Michigan Department of Corrections Education Section seeks an administrative analyst to support MAERS data entry and state/federal reporting for over 5000 students across 27 schools. You will maintain enrollment records, create classes in MAERS, and generate reports for leadership.

• MAERS database familiarity and ability to enter enrollment data.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Enter enrollment data into MAERS and maintain accurate records.
• Create new classes in MAERS and track enrollment for reporting.
• Compile statistics for the Academic Program across 27 schools.
• Produce reports for leadership and monitor state benchmarks.
• Identify training needs and guidance for staff within correctional facility schools.
