Qualifications

• MAERS experience preferred.
• Proficient in data and instruction software (CASAS/TOPSpro, MS Office, Google Suite, Excel).
• Minimum two years of data entry and records management experience.
• Ability to meet state reporting deadlines with strong confidentiality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Criminal background check and security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and maintain participant records in MAERS.
• Track testing, attendance, instructional hours, and outcomes for NRS.
• Run MAERS error reports, fix discrepancies, maintain audit-ready files.
• Prepare data for grant applications, state reports, and monitoring visits.
