Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Four years of professional experience, including two years at P11 level or one year at 12 level.

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring, research, and analysis to evaluate, assess, change, plan, develop and implement programs and services for prisoners and staff across the Department.
• Design methods, coordinate data, and interpret information to develop recommendations for CFA changes.
• Serve as liaison for the Operations Administrator on committees and workgroups; perform other duties to ensure safe, efficient operations.
