The role requires leadership, budgeting awareness, and the ability to respond to emergencies after hours. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise custodial staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and safety standards.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies nights/weekends as needed.
