Job summary

HES is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations for university campuses. You will supervise two assistant supervisors and 40 custodians, schedule shifts, and manage payroll while ensuring high cleanliness standards across all facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of staff and inspects areas to ensure standards.

• Coordinates cleaning projects and event setups across campuses.
• Maintains records, reports, and supplier relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
