Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) is a nonprofit that supports early childhood education and family services. The role focuses on safeguarding children and ensuring high-quality teaching aligned with the Head Start framework.

You will coach staff and monitor curricula, promote healthy development in Birth-to-Five, and collaborate with families and partners to address child needs and program goals. Bilingual skills ideal; commitment to confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in early childhood education or equivalent coursework with teaching experience.
• Experience with children with disabilities is required; collaboration with community partners is preferred.
• Ability to respond sensitively and competently to diverse service populations; English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff, consultants, contractors, and volunteers protect the health and safety of children and prevent unsupervised child exposure.
• Provide ongoing coaching and evaluation of teaching to promote healthy development and child skill growth.
• Monitor classroom environments and curricula to ensure developmentally appropriate learning across language, literacy, math, science, social studies, arts, and physical development.
