Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) seeks an early childhood educator to deliver high‑quality services within Head Start programs. You will implement approved curricula, assess progress, and collaborate with families to support children’s growth from birth to five.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associates degree required with AA completion within 18 months.
• Two years of experience in an early childhood classroom; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to meet health and safety standards per program policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff, consultants, contractors, and volunteers protect health and safety of children.
• Provide responsive care and an organized learning environment aligned with Head Start framework.
• Use prescribed curricula to deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Contribute to screenings, assessments, and ongoing progress evaluations.
• Engage parents in development and program services, including conferences and activities.
• Follow safety practices and report incidents per policy.
